\nSenior People Systems Administrator
\nWhy We Have This Role
\nThe People Systems team is dedicated to optimizing and enhancing our people-related processes and experiences through technology. The Senior People Systems Administrator is responsible for expertly configuration, maintenance, usability, stability, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a primary focus on Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules, as well as other key HR-related systems. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficient operation of these platforms, providing advanced technical support, implementing system enhancements, and managing configurations to support HR business processes and data integrity.\nHow You’ll Find Success
\n\nExpertly managing, configuring, and troubleshooting the SuccessFactors platform and integrated People Systems to ensure optimal performance and stability.\nEffectively resolving complex system issues through in-depth analysis, diagnosis, and collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.\nSuccessfully implementing system enhancements, updates, and new modules based on business requirements and technical best practices.\nEnsuring data integrity, system security, and compliance through diligent administration and adherence to governance best practices.\nProactively identifying opportunities for system optimization, process improvements, and enhanced user experience.\nStaying current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, new features, and industry best practices to maintain and improve system functionality.\nCollaborating effectively with teams across HR (including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll), IT, and with consultants to provide guidance on system best practices, process improvements, and innovative recommendations.\nPrioritizing user experience and adoption across all supported SuccessFactors modules.\n\nHow You’ll Grow
\n\nDeepening your technical expertise as a senior subject matter expert for SuccessFactors and related People Systems.\nTaking on increasingly complex system administration challenges, projects, and integration work.\nBroadening business acumen by collaborating with various HR functions and understanding overarching organizational goals, particularly in HR operations and talent strategy.\nMentoring junior system administrators and sharing your advanced knowledge.\nContributing significantly to the continuous improvement and stability of Qualtrics’ People Systems landscape.\nGaining broader experience with various HR modules and related technologies within a dynamic organization.\n\nThings You’ll Do
\n\nExecute advanced design, configuration, customization, testing, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (position management, workflows), Time Off (accruals, time types), and Onboarding (programs, compliance forms), alongside other SuccessFactors modules and related People Systems.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for system changes, patches, upgrades, and integrations to ensure quality and minimize disruptions.\nServe as a primary escalation point for complex system issues and incidents, providing timely diagnosis, thorough investigation, and effective resolution.\nDevelop and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration guides, standard operating procedures, process flows, and user support materials.\nProvide advanced system training and support to HR super-users, administrators, and end-users to promote effective system utilization.\nCollaborate effectively with technology vendors for technical support, issue resolution, and to understand upcoming features and their impact.\nAdminister and maintain system security configurations, including role-based permissions, user access provisioning/de-provisioning, and regular SOX audits in line with company policies.\nDevelop, maintain, and support complex reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet HR business requirements and provide necessary data insights.\nManage and implement semi-annual SuccessFactors release updates and other system patches/upgrades, including performing impact analysis, testing new functionalities, and coordinating deployment.\nProactively monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration health, identifying and addressing potential issues.\nParticipate in People Systems projects, including requirements gathering, solution design input, configuration, testing, and deployment support for new modules or enhancements.\nEnsure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal data management policies.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\n5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator for HRIS platforms, with at least 3-5+ years of direct, in-depth experience specifically administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.\nDeep expertise in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules with a good understanding of HR data security principles, role-based permission concepts, and compliance best practices.\nProficiency in SuccessFactors tools such as Business Rules Engine, MDF Objects, Reporting/Analytics, and familiarity with Integration Center.\nProven experience with SuccessFactors implementations or significant enhancement projects in the core modules (EC, Time Off, Onboarding).\nAdvanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to resolve complex technical system issues.\nStrong understanding of core HR processes including hire-to-retire, employee data management, time tracking and absence management, and new hire onboarding.\nProven ability to effectively engage and manage diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving successful outcomes.\nDemonstrated experience in standardizing and simplifying complex system configurations and HR processes.\nProficiency in building and maintaining internal processes that align with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and compliance best practices.\nExperience working with external consultants and/or SAP support.\nStrong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong commitment to maintaining robust, efficient, and secure HR systems with a keen eye for detail.\nProven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.\nExperience with other HR tools (e.g., ATS like Greenhouse) and IT service management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.\nProfessional English fluency required.\nPreferred: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Off, or Onboarding.\nOptional/Preferred Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management and/or Succession Planning modules.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
