Actively following and analyzing fast-changing macro-level sustainability developments impacting Siemens.Thoroughly preparing materials on strategic insights for our organization and leadership.Managing or participating in project management of selected strategic sustainability projects including effective collaboration across respective businesses and functions.Closely liaising with the sustainability teams in the businesses and on corporate level to ensure aligned approach.

Your success is grounded in

EducationUniversity degree (master's degree / diploma) in a business field or comparableExperience & SkillsLongterm professional experience in corporate sustainability, business intelligence or analysis tasks in similar industry, preferably within Siemens Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and ability to crystallize complex issues and create concise, strategy-based messages and communicate them effectivelyExperience in data analysis and visualizations Strong project management and critical thinking skillsKnowledge of sustainability market developments and an ability to anticipate changes withinWays of workingResilience to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multi-tasking well with good ability to prioritize, adapt and deliver in a pragmatic, structured and systematic wayAbility to think long term while being able to adapt in the short termAgile, dedicated approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities with tight schedulesGreat teammateLanguagesProficiency in English
