Whether it be developing and implementing ESG Strategies, creating sustainability frameworks for asset application, delivering certification and health and wellbeing we give clients clear, timely advice and make sure any wider sustainability objectives are addressed. The successful candidate will work across a diverse project portfolio. Reporting into the Head of Sustainability, your role in part will be to support the delivery of sustainability advice across different class uses, predominantly commercial and industrial, new construction, refurbishment and fit-out, with a focus on delivering sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM and WELL). You will also be involved in supporting a wider service offering to advise across net zero carbon and sustainability strategy workstreams. The candidate will have an eye for detail and entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and manage relationships with external clients and internal colleagues within CBRE, engaging across the property lifecycle to offer strategic, site-specific sustainability advice. This role is for a candidate with demonstrated experience delivering in LEED through both design and construction project phases alongside client facing and communication skills. **What You’ll Do:** + Based in the Dublin office, working directly with the Irish, UK and EMEA ESG teams + Reports into to the Head of Sustainability + Management of LEED and/or BREEAM and WELL certifications + Develop and share strategies for improving the design, delivery and operation of sustainable real estate + Support the delivery of Whole Life Carbon reporting and coordination advice + Produce reports providing advice to clients and project teams + Review documentation provided by project teams, assess this against the project’s targets and provide feedback + Communicate sustainability requirements to design team members + Support the management and development of relationships with key clients + Attend site visits to review progress against sustainability targets + Review the performance of designated projects and update the team’s project tracker with progress and financial information + Actively seek engagement with external networks and initiatives to exchange best practice and processes and bring back learnings to the business. + Attend and contribute to team meetings and internal CPD sessions **What You’ll Need:** + Excellent holistic understanding of sustainability across the built environment + Minimum of five years’ work experience + Qualified LEED Accredited Professional, with experience of delivering at least 8 projects from start to completion + Commercially minded, comfortable developing and nurturing new and existing client relationships + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Adaptable and keen to learn new skills + ustainability/Building Services/Engineering/Architecture/Environmental Science related degree + Minimum of five years’ work experience + Skilled in the management of sustainability projects and sustainability certifications. + Experience in business development and winning new work + Experience in providing advice through development and construction stages + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Adaptable and keen to learn new skills **About CBRE Advisory (Irl) Limited** CBRE Advisory (Irl) Limited is the country’s largest commercial real estate services company with offices in Dublin and Cork.
