Senior Surveyor - Property and Asset Management

What You'll Do

As a key member of our Property & Asset Management team, you'll:

Lead client relationships as the main point of contact for Asset ManagersManage lease compliance, occupier applications, and technical queriesOversee financial accountability and service charge management per RICS guidelinesDrive ESG initiatives and sustainability strategies across propertiesConduct regular property inspections and maintain high presentation standardsHandle property transitions, acquisitions support, and due diligenceDeliver compelling client reporting and attend key stakeholder meetingsFoster strong occupier engagement and customer experience excellenceSupport major works projects and site-based improvementsEnsure health and safety compliance and manage insurance processesIdentify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential
 What We're Looking ForMRICS qualified professional (preferred) with 3+ years in property managementExperience with industrial assetsStrategic thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilitiesStrong commercial acumen and financial management skillsExceptional client relationship and communication abilitiesAdvanced IT skills with property management systemsProven leadership and team mentoring experienceCommitment to inclusive practices and professional growth
