Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed **Senior Survey Manager** to lead and manage land surveying operations across our growing portfolio in Georgia. AECOM offers exciting and challenging projects located throughout the southeast. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in land surveying, project management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and accurate survey delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee and manage all aspects of site surveys across multiple high-profile projects. + Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure survey accuracy and compliance. + Review and approve survey deliverables, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory standards. + Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues proactively. + Ensure all surveys adhere to Georgia state regulations and licensing requirements. **Qualifications** **Minimum:** + BA/BS and ten years of construction site surveying related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership + Active **Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)** license in the **State of Georgia** **Preferred:** + 7+ years of experience in land surveying, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role. + Proven experience managing large-scale survey operations across multiple sites. + Subsurface Utility Engineering Experience + Experience and proficiency in understanding of survey technologies, CAD software, SUE and GIS tools. + Proficient in professional communication and organizational skills. + Experience working on technical or infrastructure projects for private, federal and/or DOT clients. + PMP or similar project management certification. **Additional Information** + Relocation is not an option for this position + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative and high-impact projects. + Competitive compensation and benefits. + Opportunity to lead survey operations for some of the most recognized brands in the world. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
