What you will be doing

Unlock what’s possible. We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our team to help provide key support to a New Zealand based customer and propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centred design thinking and consultation.

NZ Citizenship required for Account Security reasons.

What will keep you busy

Working collaboratively in a team delivering support services.Providing guidance to Junior/Mid-Level Support Analysts.Managing support deliverables, troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents and problems.Managing product patching, including but not limited to planning, assessing, testing and troubleshooting related issues.Monitoring system performance and identify potential issues.Performing API certificate renewalsAuthoring and maintaining key support documentsAchieving appropriate technical certifications on offer and apply capabilities appropriately to business problems. Uphold and maintaining DXC Practice technical delivery processes and actively contributing to them. Should be open to create reusable assets which can be leveraged in other engagements. Peer review technical solutions and provide constructive feedback. Being a senior in the team should be open to coaching opportunities with the peers.Providing oversight and direction to team members in accordance with DXC Practice Methodology and Standards Maintain transparent communication – appropriate communicate organization information through department meetings, one on one meetings and appropriate email communication with Client and various Leads. 

The skills you will bring

Bachelor degree level or higher At least 4 years experience working in a DevOps support environmentAt least 2 years MuleSoft experience is desirableStrong communication and collaboration skillsStrong understanding of ITIL processesStrong understanding of DevOps processesGood understanding of integration platformsAbility to follow and adhere to support processesAbility to work independently and have a learning mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.Ability to analyse and support integration solutions developed in MuleSoftLeadership

Preferred technical experience of:

Nice to have:-
