Job Summary:

Support the Senior Supply Planning Manager to work with Sales & Production Operation to maximize company own raw meat consumption in strategy channel at economic cost. Work closely with plant master scheduler & plant operation team to fulfill customer order and maintain reasonable stock at certain DIO level; Support Capacity analysis and improvement plan execution. Work closely with Material Planning team and purchase team on the purchase strategy per different materials. Support the Senior Supply Planning Manager on designated projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Per Annual, Monthly Projection, work with plant operation team & HR for the labor plan Evaluate weekly production schedule from PP & FP planner on weekly basis per MCD/BK Order/Forecast & Retail/FS Evaluate material plan on weekly and monthly basis Keep routine communication with Live Production team to ensure early communication and adjustment in case negative impact on orders/production schedule Monitor aging inventory and facilitate the clearance Monitor production plan fulfillment on daily basis, figure out the failure causes and corrective plans Manage Production Plan Data & Reports Other tasks

Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Work Experience: 

With more than 5 years of experience in supply chain and planning management
