We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Engagement Partner (CEP) to join the Bayer Pharma team Join a leading organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Supply Chain Planner to be a vital part of our ANZ Radiology Commercial team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless market supply while enhancing business and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Supply Chain Planner will serve as the strategic point of contact for the Radiology Commercial team in Australia and New Zealand. This position is designed to effectively manage planning activities for Molecular Imaging and Spares Management, ensuring the end-to-end execution of supply chain operations.

Drive SCM Topics for Radiology: Act as the principal liaison for the Commercial team, facilitating communication and collaboration on all planning-related topics to align operations with commercial objectivesSupply and Demand Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to create and execute high-quality supply and demand plans, balancing forecasts and actuals to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts.Molecular Imaging Operational Planning: Take hands-on responsibility for strategic planning of the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including purchase order management and coordination with suppliers for timely supplies.Spares Supplies Coordination: Manage the Radiology Distribution Center (RDC) to ensure timely delivery of spare supplies, coordinating with local Service Engineers for effective distribution.Performance Monitoring: Oversee key supply chain metrics such as Customer Fill Rate (CFR) and On-Time, In-Full (OTIF), addressing obsolescence issues to maximize efficiency.S&OP Process Engagement: Participate in the S&OP process to align strategic planning with operational execution through proactive engagement with cross-functional teams

 

 

 

Does this sound like you?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or financial discipline; a postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.5-7 years of supply chain experience in a global supply chain setting.Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning operations.Digital mindset with knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, PowerBi).Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Mature business ethics and understanding of regulatory requirements.Knowledge of process improvement and change management approaches.Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
