Amazon Hub allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel, and is on an exponential growth trajectory globally.
The Hub Delivery team is looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to drive program insights, standardization and mechanisms across a matrixed and diverse team. This individual will work with cross-functional leaders to gain alignment on common practices, policies, and prioritization across various central teams including product, marketing, network planning and quality as well as stakeholder teams such as ops integration, finance, risk and more.
Key job responsibilities
Business and Network Planning: This individual will be responsible for mid-term/intra-year business planning, volume planning, acquisition planning. Additionally, they will lead local business reviews at a regular cadence, set goals and targets, and host discussions to shape the network.
• Adapt to rapidly changing topline and capacity forecasts to determine optimal channel allocation.
• Collaborate closely with AMZL and DSP teams to ensure the proper balance between network efficiency and partner satisfaction.
• Leverage planning and communication tools to provide transparency to key stakeholders for capacity, labor, and route planning workstreams on a weekly basis.
• Be a change agent who is comfortable pushing on dependencies and gaps to meet previously agreed upon commitments.
• Build a volume plan that can accommodate the complexity and scale of the ever-growing (including geography, size, as well as feature deployment) Hub Delivery network.
• Develop models that account for quality, cost, speed, and more, with high accuracy and predictability.

Our partners raise the bar for the delivery experience, in some of the most complex last mile scenarios. Today, we are building the Hub Delivery network in Brazil, Egypt, India, Japan, Mexico, Spain, UAE and the US, while planning for continued expansion where relevant.
