As a Nike Stores Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you serve as the bridge between data & analytics and Supply Chain operations for our Retail Stores. As part of the Stores Excellence Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for crafting and driving innovative and analytical solutions to supply chain challenges in support of key operational objectives. Together with your team you will identify business & Supply Chain opportunities and conduct root cause analyses to help understand the benefits and impact to KPIs. You will bring strong problem-solving skills, the ability to break down unstructured questions, connect the dots and turn large volumes of data into impactful business insights.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONDrive operational excellence to serve our Nike Stores Supply Chain through effective, detailed and timely business intelligence, reports and data driven recommendationsFocus on performance; understand the supply chain critical metrics, drive concrete actions to improve performance and understand the end-to-end supply chain dynamicsSupport operational and business priorities by building and executing innovative and effective solutions to complex supply chain challenges while helping to identify opportunitiesTransform data into insights that drive action through visualization and storytellingServe as the Supply Chain representative for data engineering squads by providing requirements and testing to further improve our data domains in terms of quality, completeness and timingElevate the data literacy and analytical maturity of team members, enabling them to generate insights for decision-making and embedding it in their day-to-day activitiesContribute to team documentation as it relates to solutions, tools, internal artifacts, vendors, industry research, etc.Be an active member of the supply chain analyst community across the organization to collaborate, share and learn together

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHCollaborate cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements to create in-depth analyses, decision support solutions, reports and self-service dashboards that simplify transactional work and unlock value creationAlign with commercial, financial, planning and analytics teams to identify interdependencies across KPIs to ensure a holistic understanding and alignment of changes to operational processesIn partnership with Nike Technology, build sustainable and scalable data and analytical products with the data engineering squads and data scientistsWHAT YOU BRINGWork experience in business analytics preferably within an omni-channel retail and/or Supply Chain environmentExcellent analytical skills that support a results-driven approach delivering operational excellenceProven experience in analytical tools (Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and/or similar tools)Understanding and knowledge of Advanced Analytics methods and tools is a plus (Python, ML, Optimalization, Operations Research)Effective communication and good interpersonal skills, with capacity to work well with all levels in the organizationProven ability to lead medium to large sized projects by applying project management tools and skills to define and follow-up on actionsAbility to work independently, execute large projects and take the initiative to explore and solve problemsHigh level of attention to detail and process orientation
