Basic requirement:

Bachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management in the field of electronic parts. Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process including SMT, AOI, XRAY, ICT, FCT etc, with a strong technical backgroundProduct and process auditing experience, management system auditing experience with ISO 9001Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPCLanguage requirements:  Fluent in both spoken and written language

Self-driven and self-motivated to learn and coach others to produce results

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~ 30% of the time)Understand automotive industry quality practices such as VDA 6.3Strong background in electronics engineering and/or material sciences

Role & Responsibility for SQM:

Optimize supplier base together with Sourcing departmentAccording to the Global Supplier Quality Maturity Assessment requirements, determine the scope of the assessment and conduct a supplier maturity assessmentAccording to the annual audit plan, audit the key suppliersMonitor and track the quality performance of the key suppliers, take timely actions to ensure supplier performance levels During the development of new suppliers, conduct supplier audits and collaborate with the team to evaluate and scoreAs the owner of SQM CR, ensure the timeliness and quality of secondary supply development During the development of product CR, complete the corresponding quality verification work on the supplier sideCooperate with procurement and MM in ensuring timely delivery of suppliersResponsible for guiding and verifying supplier CAPA when quality issues caused by supplier
