SUMMARY:
This Role will be customer service from order receiving to order fulfillment , while also handling components planning and report preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Responsible customer service process (Place sales orders and purchase orders, check delivery plan with suppliers, goods allocation, arrange shipments, etc)Production related imported components planning & purchasing and keep tracking materials shortage to ensure the on-time deliveryComplete and send reports on time Provide high service level of performance & keep good relationship with all the customersSupplier performance tracking and escalation, analysis past due orders to dig in the problems and provide recovery plan and solutionsResponsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvementMonitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover, control the inventory to meet target Other special or urgent case supportEDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred

10 years of suitable and relevant experience in supplier chainGood communication skills both in both oral and written EnglishProficient in MS OfficeGood analysis capability to discover and solve problemsStrong sense of urgency and of responsibilityAwareness of relevant regulation, compliance requirement and processes
