Senior Supplier & Customer Service Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
+ Responsible customer service process (Place sales orders and purchase orders, check delivery plan with suppliers, goods allocation, arrange shipments, etc)
+ Production related imported components planning & purchasing and keep tracking materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery
+ Complete and send reports on time
+ Provide high service level of performance & keep good relationship with all the customers
+ Supplier performance tracking and escalation, analysis past due orders to dig in the problems and provide recovery plan and solutions
+ Responsible for handling complaints and exceptions. Manage the customer feedback through recording issue log and ensure continuous improvement
+ Monitor inventory level to ensure inventory turnover, control the inventory to meet target
+ Other special or urgent case support
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred

+ None
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ 10 years of suitable and relevant experience in supplier chain
+ Good communication skills both in both oral and written English
+ Proficient in MS Office
+ Good analysis capability to discover and solve problems
+ Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility
+ Awareness of relevant regulation, compliance requirement and processes
