The StormBreaker™ Program has three primary pillars, consisting of Production, Technology Upgrade (iECP) and Platform Integration & Test, each with varying financial performance and contractual EVMS requirements. StormBreaker has an immediate opening for a Program Controls Senior Supervisor. This role will be supporting the execution of the Tech Refresh and MODS Sustainment contracts, as well as oversight of 1 direct report. StormBreaker is a Raytheon franchise program with $400M in yearly revenue. This specific financial role serves as a critical business partner by providing analysis, insight and guidance to program leadership in order to enable strategic decision leading to program execution and fiduciary success. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and allocate resources in a challenging, deadline driven environment. In addition, professional and effective communication skills are required due to the frequent interaction with program, product line and functional leadership. The program includes an efficient and effective team that relies on individual drive and integrity for success. Program culture is of high priority in this environment, and it is expected that the candidate is capable of building business relationships, trust and rapport with business contacts within not only the program, but also the product line and customer teams. The successful candidate will support all aspects of the contractual Earned Value process, create and review summary level contract performance information to help consolidate executive level financial performance presentations including EV, AOP, Forecast, EACs, PAD Execution Reviews, and SBU reviews. In addition, this position will work closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process, as well as monitoring these organizations performance against agreed upon budgets. Experience in executing of Contractual Earned Value is highly desired. This position offers relocation assistance. **What You Will Do** + Contractual Earned Value Management CDRLs, specifically Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) + Monthly financial forecasting including RPLAN updates for element of cost and key financial metrics, biweekly short range outlooks identifying risk and opportunities to the forecast, annual updates to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) + Work closely with various functional organizations during the EAC development process; as well as, monitoring these organizations performance against agreed upon budgets. + Financial point of contact for program management inclusive of interactions with various non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations. + Weekly reporting activities including nameruns, actuals, billing status and funding runout analysis + Routine invoice submittals to customers dependent on contract type and billing schedules **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience + Experience in contractual EVMS reporting, like Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and/or Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) + Experience with SAP, PRISM, Business Warehouse or similar system + Experience with Microsoft Office **Qualifications We Prefer** + Working knowledge of financial planning system (RPlan) + A qualified candidate should have strong financial analytical skills as well as a fundamental understanding of functional roles and responsibilities in a production environment (touch labor, support labor, material). + The candidate should be very knowledgeable of program control responsibilities which include meeting internal requirements such as coordinating budgetary agreements, preparing EACs and monthly forecasts. + Clear, succinct written and verbal communication skills + Work relatively independently and be self-motivated, have excellent communication and leadership skills. + Comfort and willingness to taking on new challenges. + Work in a fast paced team environment, be able to interact with multiple layers within the organization and be able to make recommendations for appropriate solutions. + Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership. + Experience with project or task financial management and support including analyzing budgets, monitoring actual cost data, developing forecasts, and providing variance analysis. + Understanding of business management principles, concepts and practices and the ability to provide potential solutions for cost and schedule performance issues. + Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvements in a fast paced changing business environment. + Understanding of Accounting standards and practices. + Defense Contracting Finance work experience. **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
