This is an exciting opportunity to grow as a leader while making a direct contribution to our business success. **What You Will Do** + Supervise the administrative and technical aspects of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to plan and budget. + Supervise the work of employees executing technical manufacturing and administrative project objectives. + Communicate relevant project status details within and beyond the project team. + Set goals/objectives and plan tasks for NPI team members to meet project targets and milestones. + Set KPI’s / metrics to measure team performance, track closely and establish mitigation plans when at risk or out of control. + Assist on the identification and resolution of project risks and roadblocks. + Ensure priorities alignment within the NPI team and effective communication to operations and other functional areas. + Create a collaborative working relationship with the different RTX Business Unit Teams for the New Products targeted for the Puerto Rico Operations (Electronics and Mechanical sites) + Promote and maintain a clear and effective communication between Puerto Rico Operations facilities and the customers/programs. + Manages CSI, AFT & OOPS requests. + Drive execution of the Project Plan and Quality Plan to meet the Customer requirements. + Create and ensure execution of development plans for all team members. + Conduct one on one meetings with direct reports to track progress on performance and development objectives. + Drive safety culture on all projects and daily activities. + Lead implementation and sustainability of 5S methodology on office areas. + Drive standardization and streamline of the NPI process at Collins Santa Isabel site. + Drive continuous improvement of all NPI related processes implementing smart solutions. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience + Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written) + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract **Qualifications We Prefer** + Bachelor in Engineering, preferred + Experience with new product introduction + Experience leading root cause analysis events driving to effective corrective actions + Planning skills and ability to execute plans in dynamic and rapidly changing circumstances. + Knowledge in SAP + Experience Leading Technical Teams is preferred + Finance knowledge and understanding to support resource justification and to support complex Business Case models **What We Offer** Some of our competitive benefits package includes: + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees + Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds + Participation in the Employee Scholar Program (ESP) + Life insurance and disability coverage + Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 8 free counseling sessions + And more! **Learn More & Apply Now!** The next chapter of our future as an aerospace company is here, and we are excited about what this means for our employees and customers!
