**About the role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Senior Supervisor, Logistics** to lead our internal logistics team at the Carrier plant. In this vital role, you'll orchestrate the entire material flow, from initial receiving to the final point of use, ensuring seamless operations and preventing line stoppages. Your leadership will directly impact efficiency, cost savings, and our journey to become a benchmark in lean logistics, ultimately delivering superior value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a **Senior Supervisor, Logistics** , you'll be responsible for:
+ Leading and coordinating the internal logistics team, including receiving, sorting, supermarket operations, and the raw material warehouse.
+ Developing and managing annual and monthly budgets aligned with plant projects.
+ Ensuring the correct and efficient flow of materials from the warehouse to the point of use, preventing line stoppages.
+ Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as zero line stoppages, Kanban administration, on-time material deliveries, and accurate physical inventories, ensuring all metrics are consistently "green" and achieve aggressive targets.
+ Overseeing all aspects of warehouse administration, including inventory management and adherence to established standards.
+ Championing the use of continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Kanban, Just-In-Time) to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
+ Supporting the growth and development of your team's competencies through coaching, continuous improvement methodologies, and participation in training programs.
**Requirements**
As a minimum you must have:
+ **Bachelor's degree completed.**
+ **2-3 years of proven experience in logistics** , with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams.
+ **Advanced proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.**
+ **Deep understanding and practical application of Just-In-Time (JIT) and Kanban systems.**
+ **Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.**

+ Experience with **ERP systems, particularly SAP (Supply Chain module)** .
+ A background in defining and implementing optimized material flow strategies.
