**Sr. supervisor - Intercompany**
**Requirement:**
+ 9 to 12 years of experience.
+ Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in P2P, R2R process
+ Good Knowledge in Intercompany process is preferred
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide guidance and support to Team Leader, Team members throughout the Intercompany monthly closure period, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
2. Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of Intercompany MEC results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
3. Review critical deliverables of Intercompany process.
4. Monthly Imbalance analysis between Interco Supplier and customer from D-5 to D+2.
5. Review, Monitor and identify the gaps addressed by the team members
6. Jointly work with BPOP team members to resolve the imbalances identified
7. SOC Audit requirements – Review periodically.
8. SOX audit requirements -Review Periodically.
9. MJE Risk assessment Template preparation and ensure timely completion of Audit requirements
10. Employee shift time management support
11. Meeting preparation, conducting monthly ORM.
12. HC Roster\EWI\Attrition file review
13. GAP analysis preparation
14. Achieving the target of both RPA/NRPA projects completion.
**Requirements:**
1. Should have managed team size of minimum 30-70 employees
2. Experience/exposure to work for US clients will be an added advantage
3. Ability to manage and deliver service level as expected
4. Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel and, MS PowerPoint
6. Ability to create reports and dashboards, and participation in client calls/quality calibration/process updates
7. Experience in forecasting: FTE estimation, planning, Attrition etc.
8. Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones) during MEC days.
9. Proactively identify risks and issues related to process and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
10. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation and data analysis
