DescriptionThe Senior Stylist plays a pivotal role in the creation of high-quality, on-brand visual content for the e-commerce platform. This position is responsible for styling products in line with brand guidelines and current trends, ensuring a seamless customer experience through aspirational yet commercially-driven imagery. The role is to also optimize on-set efficiency and manage the styling assistants.\n
RESPONSIBILITIES \n\nLead the styling on e-commerce gallery shoots, ensuring all products are presented in a visually compelling and commercially viable way.\nStyle outfits that reflect the brand’s identity while promoting key products and seasonal trends, styling consistency across all product categories, including clothing, footwear, and accessories\nCollaborate with photographers, models, and art directors to achieve cohesive, on-brand imagery.\nDefine and maintain the brands aesthetic and styling guidelines in line with the brand identity.\nStay updated on seasonal trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform styling choices.\nAdapt styling to highlight product features, fit, and quality effectively for an online audience.\nOversee the organization and regular updating of the styling cupboard, ensuring all samples, accessories, and styling tools are in excellent condition and readily available for shoots.\nWork closely with the Studio Manager, Art Directors, and E-Commerce teams to meet daily and weekly shoot targets\nReview final imagery to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards before upload.\nProvide feedback to the photography and retouching teams to enhance visual output.\n
