About the Role:
As a Senior Studio Floor Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day to day running of the studio’s front of house operations while managing a team of Studio Floor Assistants and Set Builders. You will act as a key ambassador for our brand, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, talent, and internal teams. You will also deputise for the Studio Manager when required, handling studio related issues and ensuring operational excellence.
Servicing the studios
Oversee the Studio Front of House, ensuring a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience for all clients, visitors, and talent. Ensure studios are prepared ahead of shoots and events, anticipating the needs of teams and clients and discussing kit and set up requirements. Responsible for ordering lighting, kit and props for shoots and transport logistics whilst keeping within budgets Foster effective communication between teams, including creative, production, and management to ensure shoots run smoothly. Manage studio catering and hospitality services for talent, creative teams, and clients - regularly reviewing according to budget requirements. Design and deliver studio risk assessments for in house fashion studio and location shoots. Organise catering, kit and set requirements and logistics for location shoots including hotel bookings and transport for staff and talent. Act as the primary point of contact for studio floor issues, resolving challenges efficiently and professionally. Maintain studio cleanliness, organisation, and general upkeep to the highest standard. Deputise for the Studio Manager on all studio related matters when required. Gain and monitor visitor feedback, implementing improvements to enhance client and team experiences. Monitor and track studio usage, identifying ways to improve workflow and service delivery. Ensure compliance with health & safety and security policies within the studio environment.Team management
Lead, train, and develop a team of Studio Floor Assistants and Set Builders, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. Manage shift rotas, delegate responsibilities, and oversee workload distribution. Provide daily performance management, motivation, and coaching to achieve company objectives, implementing best practices for team development.About You: Previous experience in a public facing leadership role within a studio, hospitality, or reception environment. Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing a team in a fast paced setting. Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and influence clients, talent, and internal teams at all levels. Highly organised with superior planning and workload management skills. Proactive and forward thinking, with a solutions focused approach to challenges. Adaptable to a high pressure and rapidly changing environment. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends or outside of set hours. Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Google Suite (Docs/Sheets) and Mac OS. Full UK driving license required. Knowledge of fashion, retail, and lifestyle trends is an advantage.
