We are seeking a Senior Engineer to provides technical leadership and project oversight for complex engineering initiatives. This role requires advanced expertise, strategic decision-making, and the ability to mentor and guide teams toward achieving project objectives.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

\r\n

\r\n

Project Leadership

\r\n\r\nManage large-scale engineering projects from planning to completion, including resource allocation and budgeting.\r\nDefine project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\r\nApprove designs, calculations, and specifications to ensure technical excellence.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Technical Expertise

\r\n\r\nProvide innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.\r\nConduct advanced analysis, including structural, mechanical, or environmental assessments.\r\nDevelop and enforce quality standards and best practices for engineering projects.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Field Oversight and Risk Management

\r\n\r\nConduct site inspections to identify risks, ensure safety, and verify adherence to designs.\r\nMitigate potential project risks through proactive analysis and planning.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Team Development

\r\n\r\nMentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.\r\nFacilitate knowledge-sharing and promote the adoption of new technologies and techniques.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

\r\n\r\nAct as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting technical solutions and progress updates.\r\nBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.\r\n\r\n

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE & QUALIFICATIONS

\r\n

\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is advantageous\r\nECSA Professional Registration \r\n\r\n

\r\n

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

\r\n

\r\n\r\n10 – 15 years of professional experience in engineering, including project leadership.\r\nStrong leadership, organizational, and client management skills.\r\n\r\n
