As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead multiple engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Projects include strategic confidential footprint/sourcing, long-term process strategies related to automation and supporting major facility upgrade and equipment projects. Role is a trusted advisor to our product group and facility leadership. **What you will do:** + Leads multiple analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s) as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Performs more complex activities + Leads a team responsible for development of division manufacturing standards and guidelines. Team replicates best practices across our facilities and products. + Works closely with divisional leadership to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components as a divisional lead or for a business segment. + Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Coaches junior team members and customers. + Provides recommended S&P solutions for multiple initiatives.
