As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will lead multiple engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Projects include strategic confidential footprint/sourcing, long-term process strategies related to automation and supporting major facility upgrade and equipment projects. Role is a trusted advisor to our product group and facility leadership.
**What you will do:**
+ Leads multiple analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s) as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Performs more complex activities
+ Leads a team responsible for development of division manufacturing standards and guidelines. Team replicates best practices across our facilities and products.
+ Works closely with divisional leadership to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
+ Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Coaches junior team members and customers.
+ Provides recommended S&P solutions for multiple initiatives. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver customer presentations as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
**Degree Requirement**
Degree or equivalent experience desired
**What Skills You Will Have:**

+ **Strategic Thinking:** Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
+ **Visioning:** Understanding of the value of articulating an intended business outcome and ability to create and communicates a vision of the organization that motivates others to superior performance.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them.
+ **Process & Tools:** Knowledge of process; ability to engage in planning sales, conducting research and analysis, finding solutions and preparing recommendations.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$169,320.00 - $253,920.00
