Education and Experience

 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and business management PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt & Own.it certifications are considered assets

 

Technical Skills

 

Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, principles, and practices Strong understanding of financial and investment performance metrics Proficiency in project management tools and software Deep understanding of business planning processes and best practices

 

Leadership and Communication

 

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects Advanced interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills at various organizational levels Exceptional storytelling and communication skills - verbal, written and visual
