Once our team receives your request, we'll assess the details and take actions accordingly. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in management consulting firms, marketing strategy or corporate strategy roles (equivalent to Associate Partner/ Principal level in consulting) or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree. + Experience working with executive stakeholders. **Preferred qualifications:** + MBA or Master's degree. + Experience with problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management. + Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. + Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives. As a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager, you will serve as a dual-focused leader, blending high-level planning with a partner for leadership. In your Strategy and Operations capacity, you will separately handle ambiguous business tests, driving initiatives from conception to implementation by translating insights into actionable plans and defining change management strategies. Concurrently, you will act as a go-to partner to leadership, providing counsel and managing their priorities to represent their goal to the organization. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$245,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Drive projects from inception to completion and lead planning processes. + Provide insights and recommendations. Drive annual/quarterly planning and OKR tracking. Align stakeholders with competing objectives and influence them to achieve desired outcomes. Be thought-partner for leadership. + Serve as the go-to executive leader for providing clarity on goals, direction, and priorities. Maintain deep knowledge of Google-wide strategy, Ads Marketing OKRs, KPIs, business plans, and operating plans. + Structure and analyze complex problems to develop data-driven recommendations. Use data and analytics to establish business priorities, identify growth opportunities, and drive investment decisions. + Analyze data related to business-growth, customer-engagement, and marketing-performance. Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and drive consensus among stakeholders for programs and projects, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.
