We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Senior Strategy Advancement Professional to join the Conversational Experience Platform (CXP) Product Team within Experience Transformation. The CXP team is responsible for managing technology implementations and modernization efforts for Humana. This role will provide portfolio planning support, product team operations support, and operational readiness for multiple business segments within the portfolio. In addition, this role will provide Change Management and Communications support to help manage the overall Conversational Experience Platform (CXP). This role will also support agile transformation efforts leveraging software tools used to track and manage projects and will manage work assignments involving moderately complex to complex operational issues where the analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
This role will be responsible for providing business/strategy alignment and help with initiative prioritization. It will bring expertise in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external requirements, and will help identify and address business issues and opportunities, including OKR creation and evaluation. The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional will exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, and they will leverage independent judgement in decision making, requiring minimal supervision. This is a vital role to ensure our team successfully delivers our platform product strategy and drives desired business value/outcomes across the Enterprise.
+ Responsible for Portfolio Management and related routines of the CXP Portfolio/LPM
+ Works with Humana Enterprise LACE to provide governance and line of sight into the CXP portfolio
+ Leads efforts to adjust initiatives and investment funding as variables change
+ Runs Portfolio Operation efforts, to create an MVP LPM experience, and develops operational timelines for implementation
+ Helps manage WIP limits and empowers teams to organize around value for better business outcomes
+ Leverages the necessary data, digital, and analytical tools, and capabilities to support team needs
+ Provides run-the-business support for unit-level communications, such as managing the CXP SharePoint site and BU comms
+ Manages CXP organizational routines, including Employee Recognition and Feedback Loops
+ Facilitates project management efforts and maintains CXP stakeholder registry, organizational taxonomy, and RAID logs.

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years of technical implementation or contact center transformation experience
+ 3+ years of project management experience
+ 2+ years of portfolio/program management experience
+ 2+ years of operational readiness experience
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience leading and presenting at meetings
+ Strong PowerPoint skills for executive communications
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s Degree
+ Healthcare experience
+ Experience running CCaaS programs, managing workforce improvements, and understanding of budgeting/value realization.

**Work-At-Home Information**

+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
