Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today’s top model creators for each individual legal use case.About the Role:The Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst, Asia will help develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives for the Asia business, specifically focusing on leading the design and management of strategic pricing projects to drive top-line growthResponsibilities:Identify needs and develop hypotheses on the improvement of pricing levers for existing and new productsDefine the project’s objectives, deliverables, scope, approach and timelineDesign market research surveys to capture insights from customersCollaborate and obtain alignment with all relevant stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations that will deliver measurable resultsPrepare persuasive & compelling presentations to clearly communicate the case for changeSupport the implementation of pricing initiativeMaintain and update Asia pricing policies, and host regular Asia pricing steering committee meetings to report strategic pricing initiatives to the Asia senior management teamProactively and continuously gather intelligence on industry and strategic pricing trends, market drivers, and competition to support pricing decisionsRequirements:Min. 3 years’ experience in management consulting/ pricing analysis or related roles desirable · English fluency mandatory, other Asian languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese) fluency desirable · Exposure to Asia markets desirablePrevious experience in pricing, sales and marketing experience highly desirable · Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills including business case modelling, Excel modelling and integrated work planning.Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.Experience working in an agile and fast paced environment. · Uses strong business judgment and strategic mindset to bring new thinking and change to organizationsStrong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills and an ability to work across the organization to support ideation and build consensus for change and improvement. · Has a great sense for how to present data and information in a visual way to make the message more compelling and memorable · Bridges the gap between the big picture and the operational detailsContributes to a culture of analytical inquisitiveness, and rigorous and creative hypothesis-driven problem solvingWork in a way that works for you:We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
