**Responsibilities**
+ Análisis de entornos competitivos.
+ Identificación de insights y participación en investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa.
+ Creación de estrategias creativas y de creación de marca.
+ Manejo de herramientas y fuentes de información tanto propias como externas.
+ Gestión directa de clientes locales e internacionales, asesoramiento y apoyo en decisiones estratégicas de comunicación.
+ Participación en proyectos transversales del área de One Strategy.
**Qualifications**
+ Mínimo **5** **** **años de experiencia** demostrable en departamentos de estrategia de agencia creativa, branding, comunicación, departamento de marketing o agencia de medios.
+ Experiencia en la identificación y uso creativo de insights.
+ Experiencia gestionando briefs creativos y proyectos relacionados con estrategia de comunicación y creativa.
+ Dominio de investigación cualitativa, cuantitativa y digital.
+ Altos conocimientos de análisis estadístico, gestión de la información y experiencia con fuentes y herramientas de datos.
+ Ingles muy alto, lo suficiente como para gestionar clientes, proyectos de principio a fin, inspirar equipos y hacer presentaciones con fluidez.
+ Experiencia en sector financiero y alto conocimiento en economía, mercados y finanzas.
+ Experiencia en proyectos internacionales y multipaís.
