We are looking for a talented individual…
To join our team as a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach. In this role, you’ll work closely with energy teams in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives. You may support one or multiple clients, providing guidance through both group workshops and one-on-one coaching.
The goal is to help organizations apply continuous improvement principles to their energy management practices. Experience with change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a strong asset.

Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans
Facilitate training workshops and other one-on-one events

Develop site improvement plans
Exciting candidates will have...
6+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or utility programs
Direct experience with energy efficiency in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings
Background in coaching, team facilitation, or change management
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
Certified Energy Manager designation is a strong asset
Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
Fluent in both English and French
