You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our customized and branded portfolio, building deep customer relationships, and delivering value through Kerry’s cutting-edge taste and nutrition solutions. This role must be located in the Texas area and frequent travel is required.

Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers. Manage direct customer relationships across multiple U.S. geographies. Drive growth by defending and expanding existing customized and branded business. Identify and develop new opportunities through value-added menu solutions. Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with customer goals and Kerry’s capabilities. Manage customer agreements and ensure delivery against annual operating plans. Optimize use of Kerry’s technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Develop and implement pricing strategies. Participate in annual budget planning and execution. Analyze market trends and manage a robust opportunity pipeline. Qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing Foodservice Chain accounts. At least 3 years of experience leading teams managing Top 100 Foodservice Chains. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Willingness to travel up to 50%.The typical hiring range for this role is $140,467.00 to $244,122.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
