Our client is seeking a skilled Storage/Data Platform Analyst to support the design, development, and implementation of cloud platforms and applications. This role plays a key part in enabling organizations to better leverage their data assets and support enterprise-wide data strategies. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative team and contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud systems.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a Storage Analyst, Platform Analyst, or Platform Developer with diverse technical experience. This role may include responsibilities in cloud platform administration, architecture design, security and compliance, ITIL-based service management, ServiceNow development, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and related services (e.g., ServiceNow, Open Government Portal, Cloudera).Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, including custom modules, portals, forms, and automated processes.Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), scripting, connectors, or Integration Hub.Build scalable, reliable, and automatable data infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support data product delivery, analytics, and data science initiatives.Manage data platform administration tasks such as system performance, scheduled jobs, upgrades, user access, and license management.Configure and optimize cloud-based tools to manage cost, security, and compliance across platforms.Support data privacy and security initiatives, including access control and policy enforcement.Collaborate with team members to enhance infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and disaster recovery.Contribute to the design and implementation of modern data platform features and enterprise data strategies.Participate in Agile sprint planning, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.Document configurations, processes, known issues, and solutions to support operational readiness and team onboarding.Support projects focused on delivering data products and platform capabilities aligned with organizational data strategies.Must Have
5 years of experience automating routine tasks using Azure Automation, Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub5 years of experience designing, deploying, managing, and monitoring Azure cloud infrastructure5 years of experience customizing ServiceNow widgets, pages, and components5 years of experience integrating enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Glide APIs, or similar technologies5 years of experience scripting, developing custom modules, and configuring workflows within ServiceNow5 years of proficiency in front-end web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularAdditional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00/hr.
