What you'll do
The Infrastructure and Operations (l&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at TJX, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Tech Operation Lead to oversee our M365 support operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless functionality of our email, Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 services, as well as voice support systems, including Teams external calling, Avaya, Honeywell, Cellphones, and NICE. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and vendor management skills to drive operational excellence and support our technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
M365 Support Management:Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of M365 services, including email, Teams, SharePoint, and other related applications.Ensure all M365 services are functioning optimally and provide technical support for users.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement M365 solutions that meet organizational needs.Voice Support Management:Manage and support voice communication systems, including Teams external calling, Avaya, Honeywell, Cellphones, and NICE.Ensure the reliability and performance of voice systems, addressing any issues promptly.Coordinate with IT and network teams to integrate voice systems with other communication platforms.Vendor Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with M365 and voice support vendors.Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure vendors meet performance standards.Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.Technical Expertise:Provide technical leadership and guidance to the M365 and voice support teams.Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in M365 and voice support.Lead the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency.Project Management:Plan and execute M365 and voice support projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Documentation and Training:Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for M365 and voice support systems.Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on M365 and voice systems.Create user guides, FAQs, and other resources to enhance user experience.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
