What you get to do in this role:   

Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable applications/solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience (CCX) working closely with Engineering and product teamsDeveloping across the full stack of Web technologies - JavaScript, AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, SQL, AI productsWorking in a Scrum-based Agile development process that is focused on engineering excellenceWork with the CCX product owners, Solution Architects & other stakeholders to understand requirements and own your code from design, implementation, and test automation - targeted towards delivery of high-quality product to our customersImplement software that is simple to use, to allow customers adopt and configure the functionality to meet their specific needsContribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suiteMotivate and inspire fellow team members to find innovative solutions, utilizes design thinking and prototypes to test new ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience, or an advanced degree with 8 years of full stack development  (expertise in end-end application development, maintenance, & deployment covering all platform and UI/UX aspects)Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the developer productivityDemonstrated experience using AI tools such as: OpenAI, Windsurf, Cursor etc.Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, with strong JavaScript development skills.Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including:Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWSMessaging Systems: Kafka, Dell BoomiMonitoring Tools: Splunk, CatchpointWeb Infrastructure: API Gateways, CDNsPassion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentizationAdvanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software performance tuningAdvanced experience working with relational databases including development, troubleshooting and performance optimization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes; may serve as a functional lead or technical ownerExperience in end-end Custom Application development on ServiceNow platform is added advantageOperate with a higher degree of autonomy, level-head, acting as a force multiplier by identifying and solving ambiguous, product problemsHigh-quality organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to strongly influence solution decisions without authority
