The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Leads the design and project management of Leadership Development and role-specific training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization. The role also supports learning strategy development and coordinates learning projects and deliveries, to include regular reporting, status updates, and presentations.
