Purpose of the role 

To participate in key strategic product roadmap initiatives and get technical endorsement from various stakeholders within MATRIXX. 

To be part of the global MATRIXX Product Management organization and interface with other teams such as sales, pre-sales, services and engineering for product roadmap development.  

Effectively follow product release lifecycle management processes, adhere to agreed product KPIs and help maintain timely release cadence. 

To work with MATRIXX's customers/partners and understand the business use-cases, gather functional & technical requirements and identify potential product gaps.  

Participate in bid responses and solution proposals? and align responses with product roadmap.   

Engage with customers and prospects on product feature and roadmap discussions. 

 

Key responsibilities 

Engage in product roadmap definition with stakeholders; defending and adapting as necessary based on feedback. 

Own strategic roadmap initiatives and coordinate to define domain specific product vision & roadmap. 

Act as the primary focal point for the customers & partners for any product roadmap or strategic initiative discussions.  

Perform roadmap review with partners and roadmap sessions with customers, to ensure future alignment of product domain direction and investments with partner’s vision and customer’s business need. 

Create high quality product literature and presentations independently to support communication of new strategic product initiatives. 

Own management of various domain areas with in MATRIXX CCS (Converged Charging solution) suite of applications. 

Review high-level and detailed design specifications and check for adherence and coverage of business requirements. 

Ensure the right blend of trade-offs to maximize the product impact in the marketplace. 

Work with product marketing and sales to create product positioning, content, collateral, and tools. 

Adhere to department Key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead audits of domain/region specific requirement repository.
