**Overview** We're seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Manager to lead core accountant experiences. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders—to design, deliver, and optimize market-leading customer experiences. MBA or advanced degree preferred. **How you will lead** + **Product Vision and Strategy:** Define, articulate, and communicate a bold and compelling product vision for the QuickBooks ecosystem Accountant experience. + **Customer Focus:** Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer and Accountant research, transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes. + **Cross-functional Leadership:** Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to align product strategies with broader business objectives. Work closely with ecosystem teams across Intuit to align strategies and deliver delightful end to end experiences for Accountants. + **Execution Excellence:** Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of product initiatives in collaboration with internal teams. Implement agile methodologies to deliver timely, high-quality product releases. + **Innovation and Experimentation:** Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation. Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and continuously iterate on product offerings. + **Performance Monitoring:** Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of product initiatives. Report on business performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. + **Stakeholder Management:** Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive broad adoption of new product features.
