Works closely with other groups (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, finance, facilities) to ensure project elements (e.g., process flow, capacity, materials, and cost) are managed and optimized. Work with Quality Engineering team to improve systems to identify and track quality issues. Lead multi-functional engineering and IT teams to improve processes and systems. Understand how technology can improve engineering processes. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings and communicates and implements a development plan. Will accept a Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Information systems or related degree field and seven (7) years of experience in a related occupation. Will also accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related degree field and nine (9) years of progressive experience in a related occupation.
