Description Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements. + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Analyze financial data and ensure accuracy of the general ledger. + Support external audits by preparing schedules and documentation. + Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. + Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 4+ years of accounting experience; CPA or CPA track preferred. + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. + Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar). + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
