Description Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting experience who can manage complex reconciliations, support financial reporting, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Key Responsibilities: + Perform and review account and bank reconciliations + Prepare and post journal entries and adjustments + Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements + Support income audit and variance analysis + Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules + Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes + Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies + Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation + Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed Requirements Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 4+ years of progressive accounting experience + Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting + Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) + Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities For immediate consideration, please send a copy of your resume to brenda.arce@roberthalf.cm or call 305-504-5029 Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
