Your New Role: 

 
The Senior Staff, AI Solutions Architect will occupy a vital position focusing on architecting and realizing value of the comprehensive AI feature set within ServiceNow. The position is based in Hyderabad and reports directly to the Sr. Dir,Platform Architecture. As a pivotal figure in the AI Solutions team, the Senior Staff, AI Solutions Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, design, and implement AI solutions that optimize operational efficiency and drive business innovation with ServiceNow and with integration other enterprise systems. The focus will be on AI architecture, integration of AI with other enterprise systems, and the continuous enhancement of AI capabilities across the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows,  AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Process Mining, and Now Assist Skill Kit. This role requires deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. 

Your Role Accountabilities: 

Strategy & Architecture 

Architect and design integrated AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including on Now Assist, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Knowledge Graph, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Process Mining,  and Now Assist Skill Kit. 

Develop an overarching AI architecture strategy in line with business objectives and technological advancements. 

Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and integration strategies to enhance existing systems, ensuring compatibility and scalability. 

 

 

Solution Delivery & Integration 

Lead the planning, designing, and implementation phases of AI projects, ensuring robust integration with RPA, API, and SaaS applications. 

Collaborate with IT project teams to integrate AI solutions into the broader enterprise environment, including customization of AI functionalities and user interfaces. 

Address technical challenges and provide expert guidance to ensure successful project execution and delivery. 

 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement 

Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to drive continuous innovation within the organization. 

Experiment with new AI techniques and tools that can be leveraged to enhance the predictive capabilities and intelligence of enterprise systems. 

Promote a culture of learning and adaptation, encouraging team members to enhance their skills in AI technologies and methodologies. 

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

Act as the primary AI technology liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure cohesive and informed implementation of AI solutions. 

Conduct regular briefings and workshops for stakeholders to demonstrate AI solution benefits, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs. 

Foster strong relationships with technology vendors and industry experts to enhance solution offerings and stay ahead of the curve in AI advancements. 

Qualifications & Experiences: 

 

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI/ML solution design, or platform engineering, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow. 

Deep expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and Process Mining. 

Strong understanding of RPA, API integration, SaaS platforms, and ServiceNow Integration Hub. 

Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. 

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and conversational AI frameworks. 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

 

 

Not Required but Preferred Experience: 

 

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist (AI/ML, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub). 

Experience with Now Assist Skill Kit and building custom AI workflows. 

Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). 

Familiarity with cloud-native AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI). 

Experience in agile development environments and DevOps practices.
