Job Description Acts as a technical expert and mentor, focusing on complex reliability challenges and automation. Provide 24/7 SRE coverage Maintain dashboards and observability tools Conduct root cause analysis and incident resolution Maintain SOPs and knowledge base Report on KPIs such as MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance Configurations and Software Enhancements Develop and maintain SCADA integrations using Ignition platform Design and implement Python-based service applications for automation and data processing Ensure secure and reliable logical communication between field devices and control systems Collaborate with Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) teams to align SCADA architecture with enterprise standards Perform version control, testing, and deployment of Ignition projects Support edge device configuration and data ingestion pipelines Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions Lead incident response and root cause analysis Mentor junior SREs and contribute to team knowledge sharing We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
