The ideal Senior Specifications Manager candidate will have an integral role in leading the identification, qualification, evaluation, and program management of a Specification and Recipe system and process while also lending technical support to our growing base business. We are looking for a candidate with a strong food science foundation, and a demonstrated expertise in Product Lifecycle Management, to help Chobani advance its’ mission of making healthy and delicious foods with world class systems.
Requirements Bachelor of Science (BS) in a scientific field such as Food Science, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Processing, Etc. Advanced education (MS or PhD.) is encouraged and welcomed. 10+ years of relevant professional experience and specialization in SAP/PLM, recipe management system integration, and SOP development for technical stakeholders. Participation in a full cycle of Product Lifecycle Management systems management including raw material, in-process, semi-finished and finished good specification development and system implementation. Familiarity with basic research tools and statistical analysis Comfortable with ambiguity and are energized by the process of building something from the ground up Drive to perfect systems, ways of working, material management, and process development for specifications. Project management experience and stakeholder communication. Excellent written and verbal communication Must be a self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects/tasks at any given time Ability to travel (10-20%) as needed. Compensation Range: $122,000.00 - $183,000.00, plus bonus.
