Senior Specialty Asset Advisor

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Specialty Asset Advisor to join the Specialty Asset Management organization within Wealth & Investment Management.


In this role, you will:

Advise leadership to develop or influence real estate asset management for a large region of Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment ManagementCapture sizable new specialty assets (real estate, oil, gas & mineral interests, and closely held business interests) and new client relationships for Specialty Asset Management group within the given territory, focusing on high growth and business expansionProvide leadership and oversight of real estate acquisitions on behalf of wealth management clients in the region in accordance with the governing instruments, fiduciary laws, bank policies and proceduresLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex specialty asset portfolios to meet specific client objectivesProvide in depth portfolio analytics to ensure client portfolios are properly diversified and managed to achieve maximum investment performanceRecommend solutions that are long-term, large scale and require the design and implementation of strategic business plansProvide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions intended to lead to new specialty asset relationships and client servicing for complex portfolios of specialty assets in accordance with the governing regulations, laws, and Wells Fargo policies and proceduresStrategically engage with internal partners to deliver best in class client serviceAdvise Wealth and Investment Management leaders, key sales professionals, relationship managers, Fiduciary Strategists, Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors and other specialists


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Fiduciary Specialty Asset Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

5+ years demonstrated experience optimizing the performance of specialty assets such as real estate oil, gas & mineral interest, and closely held business interests5+ years demonstrated experience advising clients on investing in real estate including leading property acquisition process from beginning to end3+ years of demonstrated business development experience within private client wealth managementProven track record managing client portfolios with an emphasis on strategic decision making for overall investment and wealth plansProven ability to generate strong investment performance and deliver business growth strategiesStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy utilizing MS Excel and ARGUS softwareExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
