+ The main focus of the role will be to work with senior leaders to **develop winning proposals** for strategic prospects (90% of time). + Assist the Property & Buildings business unit / market segment with strategy and targets. + Act as a gate keeper for the business in terms of governance, process, branding etc. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in proposal development. + Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within the business unit/market segment. + Support in the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships or alliances. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy development. + Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business unit/market segment. + Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the business unit's visibility and reputation.
