Marsh McLennan India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Specialist – Survey Administration (C2)

The purpose of this role is for delivering data and insights through the establishment and management of survey tools, enhancing and developing the product portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering teamwork.

We will count on you to:

Establish the Survey Tools for the Processing and Publication of Surveys and Related Products.Facilitating the effective utilization of internal systems and survey processing methodologies to support the team.Assisting in the processing and timely delivery of multiple surveys annually.Ensuring the punctual completion of assigned responsibilities.Execute various analytical tasks as delegated by senior colleagues.Serves as the primary executor for tasks associated with survey processing, ensuring that all activities are conducted to the highest standards of quality.Act as the designated owner for assigned surveys, guaranteeing that all project milestones are achieved; may delegate specific tasks to junior team members, as necessary.Conduct operational and technical self-assessments to facilitate peer review processes.Estimate the effort and timelines required for the completion of survey-related tasks.Proactively escalating any technical challenges or issues encountered and formulates solutions for basic problems.Identifying potential courses of action and provides recommendations within the scope of responsibility.Developing and maintaining comprehensive process and survey documentation, as well as reviews software tools as needed.Assuming full ownership of tasks, ensuring their timely completion.Reviewing survey process tools and report templates to ensure functionality and compliance with established standards.Capable of conducting peer reviews of less complex reports.Propose straightforward enhancements to the production process, including root cause analysis and waste elimination strategies.

What you need to have: 

Graduate (any stream)A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar kind of work, data analysis or related field preferredGood communications skills (verbal and written), problem solving skillsExperience in managing large databases and developing customized toolsGood with MS Excel and MS WordFamiliarity with analytical tools and programming languages (e.g.: R, Python, VBA)Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural affinity for working with data, and a focus on detailFlexibility and adaptability in handling non-standard situationsCritical thinking and problem-solvingAttention to detail and precisionNon-standard thinking and adaptability in ambiguous situationsExperience with data visualization and presentation tools
