This role focuses on advancing refrigerant technologies and developing robust testing methodologies that enhance product performance and sustainability.​ As an integral part of our engineering team, you will lead the development of our refrigerant strategy and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You’ll take the lead in developing state-of-the-art testing methodologies, support cross-functional collaboration to enhance HVAC solutions, and conduct pioneering research on alternative refrigerants. Operating within a competence center, you will also play a key role in optimizing product quality and performance, while leading training initiatives and sharing expertise on the latest refrigerant trends and best practices.
