How you will make an impact

Join us as a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and support the full value chain. Your expertise will help us bring innovative products to market safely and successfully. You will help ensure that all Arla products move freely across borders. More specifically, it will be your task to:

Assist business units with regulatory requirements for production, new product development, and communications – focusing on end-to-end Advise and train stakeholders by translating complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance Advise on use of health and nutrition claims Monitor and interpret relevant EU and global food regulations Contribute food science insights to inform business decisions and product development

 

You will sit within our regulatory team, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and supporting both EU and international markets.

 

What will make you successful

We are looking for a proactive senior specialist with a strong food regulatory background, preferably in dairy, and robust business understanding. You should be confident communicating at all levels and thrive in a collaborative and global environment.

Furthermore, we imagine:

Degree in dairy science, food science, chemistry, or a related field 5-7 years’ experience in food regulatory affairs, ideally with international and dairy industry or beverage sector Proficiency in EU regulations and insight into global frameworks Excellent English skills; Scandinavian languages are an advantage Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
