WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTAs a (Senior) Tax Specialist in our Global Mobility team, you play a critical role in managing and documenting operational global compliance processes for international transfers. You provide comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services in collaboration with our experts, ensuring compliance with individual tax, payroll, social security, and EU directives related to employee transfers.
You assist and participate in the management and documentation of operational global compliance processes for international transfers, focusing on individual taxes, payroll, social security, and relevant EU directives.Additionally, you provide comprehensive and business-oriented tax advisory services related to international transfers, including business trips and remote work.You implement and monitor policies for temporary work from abroad, conducting risk assessments for internal stakeholders.The coordination of mobility processes with internal partners, including Corporate Tax, HR Business Partners, Mobility Advisors, and Business Units, as well as external providers such as tax, relocation and immigration services, completes your role.WHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed university degree in economics or a related field2-4 years of relevant professional experience in international taxation, with a focus on personal income taxation2-4 years of professional experience in global mobility compliance for international transfers and business trips, with familiarity in tender processeseffective and engaging communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plusability to understand and present complex mobility compliance issues clearly and appropriately for the target audienceWHAT WE OFFER location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germanygross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 – 46.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience, 48.000 – 52.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualificationsteam and company events in which we celebrate our achievements and live up our team spiritwork mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeksmodern sustainable office building in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg with flexible working options, rooftop terrace and cafeteria for innovative and team-focused collaboration30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical optionsHOW TO REACH US
