This will involve staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field and implementing them ad hoc to ensure that our Genomics efforts remain at the forefront. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives in Genomics. Your role will also involve providing scientific support for experiments and projects, leveraging your expertise in Genomics. Act as an interface between data production and data analysis, improving efficiency for data interpretation and technology evaluation, and identifying opportunities for improvements such as data quality control, utilizing basic bioinformatics knowledge. **What Will Make You Successful** + Hold a Ph.D. in molecular biology/genomics and biology + Extensive experience and proven expertise in genomics instrumentation, methods, and applications + Oversight of genomics project execution + Strong understanding of genomics data, along with foundational skills in data analysis + Versatile and adaptable, with a range of skills applicable to various tasks and functions + Capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative + Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus + **People at Core:** Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams, fostering an environment that encourages fresh thinking and values contributions.
