The Future Finance Capabilities Specialist will play a pivotal role in innovating financial reporting, processes, procedures, tools, and methodologies by implementing and operationalizing Power BI and other advanced technologies. The individual in this position will contribute to our digital finance transformation and promote a modern Controlling mindset within the Corporate Finance & Controlling community.
We are actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Data Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the utilization of financial data to drive strategic insights, furnish actionable recommendations, and actively contribute to the company's financial decision-making process.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Very good first experience in building interactive Power BI dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights Ability to clean, organize, and transform raw data to ensure high-quality, usable datasets for analysis and reporting Familiarity with Python as a foundational language for AI and data science Skills in using Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for code generation, automation, and workflow optimization, including crafting effective prompts for tasks like SQL query creation. Understanding the responsible and effective use of AI, including its risks, value, and implications for finance. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel Ability to automate manual finance processes (e.g., reconciliations, reporting) Good comprehension of finance, its processes, and structures. Data analyst skills (i.e., data mapping and critical pressure testing – data cleaning; exploration and statistical analysis and trend visualization (operationalized via dashboards). Good analytical skills coupled with the ability to critically question status quo and think strategically. Good communication and influential abilities. Good in articulating clear and concise information and recommendations Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work in cross-functional teams and project set-ups; intellectual curiosity and interest in understanding external business drivers and business environment dynamics. Experience in Project Management is a plus. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English within a business context Cultural sensitivity and openness to working in diverse business environments
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University/bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, data engineering or related fields Very good knowledge of MS Office products especially Excel (incl. VBA desired) and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of Power BI Experience with SQL, Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps is a plus Knowledge of SAP + SAP S4/Hana (desired) Python/Natural Language processing. 0-3 years of work experience in Finance and/or Data Analytics
