Senior Specialist - Finance

This requires collaboration with various stakeholders like Chief Financial Office, Finance Business Partners and various other senior businesspeople who are based out in Asia region. Travel component is around 10% and could increase as per business requirement.
+ Cost estimation / budgeting/ analysis / control
+ Provide monthly cost variance analysis i.e., Performance vs Budget and Forecast with meaningful commentaries
+ Monitor and analyze monthly and year-to-date cost against Budget and actual vs prior year
+ Support and prepare business case and financial analysis for cost improvement decisions and target setting to create value and increase the EBITDA
+ Supply cost information to business at all levels to avoid spending in excess and develop analysis that show business where to focus to reduce cost
+ Manage Business Unit assessment for corporate cost allocations and lead the simplification process of allocation year on year based on the changes in business.
+ Establish and follow up on the accruals and other monthly closing transactions to allow proper budget and expense control
CA/ACCA/CPA with 7 to 8 years experience
Mandatory Skills: Cost Control Management, Cost Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Hyperion, Oracle Financials, Oracle General Ledger
