About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilitator, that can deliver effective employee development experience for JLL. Working with our Design and Delivery team, you'll contribute to talent and development programming that supports JLL's growth agenda.

What this job involves:

Experience in delivering programs across talent development products, including Professional Skills, Onboarding, and Performance Cycle for various audiences including individual contributors, HR and People Managers.Apply adult learning theories and JLL's brand/learning standardsDeliver training both virtually and in-person; regional/local travel may be required 3-10%, depending on business needsSupport the creation and updating of training contentApply growing knowledge of talent & development subject areas to facilitate meaningful discussionsMaintain delivery standards in accordance with NPS metrics and qualitative feedbackDemonstrate cross-cultural competence and ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiencesDevelop business acumen to align L&D initiatives with business objectivesStay informed of industry trends and best practices in training and developmentAssist in evaluating training effectiveness and suggest improvementsSupport team members with facilitation efforts as needed.

Key Skills:

Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage key stakeholders without slang or casual language3-5 years of experience in facilitating soft skills training programsWorking knowledge of design principles for engaging training using platforms like PowerPointExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsCultural awareness and inclusive communication abilitiesAdaptability in delivering training programs to diverse audiencesUnderstanding of adult learning principlesAbility to update training content using digital toolsGood organizational skills and attention to detailClear communication skills with the ability to provide regular updatesProject management skills to support solution deliveryGlobal mindset when approaching design solutions
